Sutton Foster is an award-winning performer, dancer and actor who has appeared in eleven Broadway shows, including the revival of Violet and also played lead roles in the Broadway performances that include The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women, Young Frankenstein, Shrek The Musical, and the Tony Award-winning roles as a dancer and actor in Anything Goes and Thoroughly Modern Millie. The first time she appeared on television on Star Search at age 15 She has also been seen on Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU and Royal Pains. Sutton Foster, a solo artist, has performed all over the nation and abroad with Michael Rafter. Her songs include "Wish", "An Evening with Sutton Foster - Live at Cafe Carlyle" (her sequel album), as well "Anevening with Sutton Foster - Live at Joe's Pub". In 2011, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree at Ball State University where she also is on faculty as a tutor and advisor to members of the Department of Theatre and Dance. Her newest TVLand show, "Younger," created by Darren Star began airing in March 2015.
